Hidden among the memories and dusty papers in an attic, an old family recipe is revealed… “since 1891”, a Balsamic Vinegar of Modena recalls the flavours and aromas of the past.
It is obtained by a special cooking of selected, local grape musts, and
the selection of a high-quality Italian wine vinegar aged in oak casks.
The process of ageing for over three years in oak barriques produces a
full-bodied, smooth Balsamic Vinegar with pleasant woody notes and
aromas of cooked fruit and honey.
“Since 1891” is a dense, velvety product with intense, unique aromas, where the delicate bouquet and the full-bodied structure are balanced harmoniously.
It is ideal to exalt the taste risotto and fish, as well as fresh fruit and ice-cream. It is recommended to be used exclusively raw; it enhances the taste of each dish.
