Trade buyers from around the United States one of the largest vinegar markets in the world will be judging the vinegars in a blind taste test as if buying it for their own business.
The competition is open to all commercially produced vinegar from around the world. It does not have to be sold in the United States. Top winners will be showcased in articles on the Vinegar Professor as well as its sister sites including the Alcohol Professor, Olive Oil Professor, Cheese Professor and more from the Professor Media Group with over 220,000 unique hits a month.
