SWEET WHITE VINEGAR

Bianca Sweet White Vinegar is crafted using the same ingredients found in Balsamic Vinegar of Modena—concentrated grape must and wine vinegar. With its fruity and invigorating notes, Bianca enhances an array of meal preparations, enriching and bringing out the authentic flavors of the dish.
Main features: at the tactile level the density is almost comparable to a syrup. While, at the aromatic level, it is the sweetness of the concentrated grape must paired with the notes of fresh fruits that triumphs over the acidity.
